WAW's work takes place within the religious and cultural context of the women of Afghanistan. Our work
is strengthened by our commitment to diversity. Our board and staff team includes men and women,
and a diverse representation of age, religion, ethnicity and sexual orientation. 
WAW is a resolute advocate for Afghan women’s human rights.
